About Our Practitioner

Jennifer Ellis, FNP-C is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and proud member of the Menopause Society and Obesity Medicine Association. She is also an Institute for Functional Medicine Certified Practitioner (IFMCP) and Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP).

Partnering with you, Jennifer uses an individualized approach to craft a personalized care plan. She uses both conventional and holistic functional approaches, as there is no “one size fits all” when it comes to helping you look and feel your best on your transformative journey.

Do you accept insurance?

No, we are a cash pay only clinic and do not accept insurance, however your visit may be HSA/FSA eligible. Also, upon request we can give you a superbill for your non-aesthetic visits to submit to insurance.

What are your office hours?

Office hours vary, and visits are by appointment only.

What is the best way to book an appointment with you? Do you require a deposit to book?

If you are new to our office please book your appointment online here. There is a $100 deposit to hold your appointment, which will be applied towards your total at your first visit. Deposit can be applied to a rescheduled appointment (with at least 48-hours notice, up to two times) by contacting us. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation or no-show.
